We also want to give a big thumbs up for the Milwaukee battery powered chain saw (6 in blade) that is an amazing tool for trimming the older, larger branches of the hazelnut trees. It’s a lightweight, and effective tool to trim the large (1.5-3″) branches of the hazelnut trees. We start with the Felco 812 power pruners to cut all the suckers and then use the Milwaukee small chain saw to remove the older branches.
