Star is a truffle dog for the Maker’s Mark Distillery. Amanda Humphrey, who heads the cocktail program, doubles at Star’s nanny. He spends his days at the distillery and goes home with Amanda in the evening. He’s still very young, but is being trained to hunt truffles.
