April 20 @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm EDT
Webinar Overview:
The presentation will summarize a recent review paper. It evaluated ten agronomic practices in the pre-productive stage and ten in the productive stage. Results highlight the importance of weed and soil management for host tree and fungal growth before production, and oil moisture management as a key factor for maintaining yields during production, though intensive irrigation may pose long-term risks. The study also identifies important knowledge gaps, particularly regarding pruning and tillage practices.
