My husband Jim and I planted a truffle orchard in 2014 on property that had been in the family for generations. We have about 600 trees, (hazelnuts and English Oaks; Tuber Melanosporum and Tuber Aestivum) and have not yet harvested truffles from our orchards, although we enjoy hunting for truffles with our Lagotto Romagnolo, Alba.…
