Truffles and Bourbon! What a winning combination! Margaret Townsend of NewTown Truffiere and Chloe Mattingly, professional mixologist, will join their host Ada Oliver, for a special Holiday webinar demonstrating step by step guidance on how to make truffle infused Kentucky Bourbon Eggnog and a Truffle Honey Old Fashion. This amazing Eggnog is a truffled variation on the famous Kentucky-Georgetown Eggnog recipe published by the well-known Louisville Courier Journal and Times, Food Editor, Cissy Gregg. Similar variations all based on the NewTown Truffiere adaptation have shown up in Cooking with Truffles by Susi SĂ©guret and The Truffle Hound by Rowan Jacobsen. Chloe will talk about how to infuse bourbon and demonstrate her truffle spin on a favorite bourbon cocktail.
